I am a depth-oriented Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Counselor practicing via telehealth in California and New York.

The therapy room can be a haven for overwhelming feelings, traumas and confusion— a space for gentle exploration, where I walk alongside you as we uncover the patterns and dynamics that keep you from feeling whole.

My work invites curiosity and compassion toward the parts of you that desperately call for change. I provide a safe space to delve into the deepest aspects of your experience while offering tools to make everyday life more manageable.

I attended Pacifica Graduate Institute where I studied Carl Jung and was immersed in depth-oriented practice. My therapeutic work leaves room for what we don’t yet know about ourselves and challenges stagnant ideas of who we must be in order to be loved—a combination which ushers in growth.

I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a research-backed, integrative approach that has been deeply effective in treating the effects of trauma and attachment wounds.

Perhaps my biggest love is working with parents and their new babies. I have over 10 years of experience working in early childhood education and experience leading infant groups and working therapeutically with caregivers and their infants and toddlers. I am certified through Postpartum Support International as a Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. If you are interested in seeking this type of care please find me through Cradle.
